Keyboard and Mouse Errors

In this type of error, you will fix the error related with keyboard or mouse interactions.

• Keyboard & Mouse Error – 1

Subject	Description
Problem	After the robot runs the application, although it performs the visual operations and controls related to the screen, the operation does not take place if it uses a keyboard and mouse. In the received report, it seems that the process took place.
Reason	While the application requested to be used by the robot works with system administrator rights, the robot does not work with these rights.
Solution	Run the robot with “system administrator” rights.

 

Connection and/or Communication Errors

In this type of error, you will fix the error related with network or inter-system communications.

Subject	Description
Problem	If the rdp manager for the accessed machine is minimized or closed, the robot cannot perform screen jobs because it detects the screens as closed.
Reason	Relevant settings must be made in order for the rdp manager to keep the session open continuously because robot detects the screens as closed.
Solution	The Registry Editor opens. Choose in order; Computer – HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE – SOFTWARE – Microsoft – Terminal Server Client. Then right click RemoteDesktop_SuppressWhenMinimized and click ‘Modify’. These values must be as follow; DWORD- 32 bit, Value data:2

 

VooDooAccManager Error

In this type of error, An error caused by vooDooAccManager.dll file not being included in the robot environment.

• VooDooAccManager Error

Subject	Description
Problem	VooDooAccManager receives the error.
Reason	An error caused by VooDooAccManager.dll file not being included in the robot environment.
Solution	C:\Program Files\OneZero\VooDoo\Studio -> Copy VooDooAccManager.dll or here download C:\Program Files\OneZero\VooDoo\Robot is paste into the file. VooDooService and VooDoo Robot are restart.
